1. Shipping Policy
Order Processing

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders received before 2:00 PM CST are typically processed the same day.

Orders received after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Dreyes Distribution ships orders using reliable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and local freight partners. Estimated delivery times:

Local delivery is available for authorized retail stores and commercial clients.
Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and carrier rates.

Freight rates for pallet orders will be quoted separately.

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for qualifying wholesale orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed or texted to you so you can follow your shipment in real time.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide photos of the damaged items and shipping box.

Dreyes Distribution will replace or credit affected items after verification.
2. Returns & Exchanges Policy
General Return Policy
Dreyes Distribution accepts returns under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Food items or perishable goods cannot be returned unless damaged on arrival.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Return Process
To initiate a return:

Include your order number, item description, and reason for return.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

After the product is received and inspected, a refund or credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Wholesale customers may receive a store credit instead of a refund depending on the agreement.
3. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
